The February 2012 Sports DTS is going to the London Olympics!

During this six-month DTS you’ll be pushed to your limits: physically and spiritually. And as part of the two month outreach phase we’re going to the Games.

Youth With A Mission is once again making the Olympics a major event to share God’s amazing news with the nations. YWAM held its first Olympic outreach in Munich in 1972. So you’ll be part of a legacy of passionate Christians who want the world to know the hope we have in Christ.

The Sports DTS will team up with Forever 2012 - the official Olympic outreach campaign for YWAM in London. Organizers there say the Summer Games provide an opportunity to reach out to the people and communities of the United Kingdom. Not only that, but the games are also a chance to touch the hearts and souls of the million-plus visitors from the nations coming to the UK for the Olympics.

The DTS enables you to learn from those who have done it and then get out there and try it. It is practical and relevant, focused and releasing and most of all it’s about discovering intimacy with our heavenly Father and sharing this truth with all those we meet.
